高层建筑箱形转换层结构分析与设计

Structural Analysis and Design of the Box Transition Storey of Tall Building

高层建筑箱形转换层具有应力分布合理和抗弯、抗剪、抗扭刚度大等结构特性。本文通过空间有限元和平面有限元的分析对比，阐明了在某些特定条件下，采用箱形转换层的优越性以及进行空间分析和设计的必要性，并已用于高层建筑的结构设计实践，取得了很好的效果。

The box transition storey of tall building has the characters of rational stress distribution and large stiffness of bending,shearing and torsion. With the comparison between the results of space -FEM and plane-FEM,this paper indicates the advantage of box transition storey and the necessity of space analysis and design under some given conditions. Applied to structural design of tall buildings,it has achieved good results.
