摘要
以氧氯化锆(zrOCl2·8H2O)为柱化剂的锆源,河南信阳的蒙脱石为基质粘土,制备锆基柱撑蒙脱石矿物材料,通过XRD、FTIR、TG-DSC、SEM和BET等手段对其进行表征。锆基柱撑蒙脱石的层间域d001为1.9~2.2nm,热稳定性达到500℃以上;柱撑蒙脱石中的[SiO4]四面体层和锆聚合阳离子形成了稳定的[Si-O]…[H(O)-Zr]键,结构破坏的吸热率为1625J/g(蒙脱石为44J/g);比表面积是蒙脱石的2倍,揭示锆基柱撑蒙脱石具有较高的热稳定性和较好的表面活性。预示在环保领域有更好的应用前景。
Using ZrOCl2·8H2O as agent and montmorillonit (Henan Xinying) as host material, the Zr-pillared montmorillonite was prepared. The result of pillar structure, thermal stability and surface activity of Zr-pillared montmorillonite tested with XRD, FTIR, TG-DSC, SEM and BET showed that d001 = 1.9-2.2 nm, the thermal stability can be up to 500 ℃ Zr- polycations exchanged interlayer cations of montmorillonite and influenced transmittance of Si-O bond libratio. The stable [Si-O]…[H(O)-Zr] chemical bond was formed between Zr-polycations and [SiO4] tetrahedrons of montmorillonite. Decaleseence ratio of structure destroy of Zr-pillared montmorillonite was up to 1 625 J/g (montrnorillonite is 44 J/g). Specific surface of Zr-pillared montmorillonite was two times of montmorillonite. It is shown that the thermal stability and surface activation of Zr-pillared montmorillonite are much better than those of montmorillonite.
