摘要
鉴于搅拌磨研磨效率高及工业废渣一般含有水分的特,点,提出用搅拌磨湿磨处理工业废渣制备含有一定水分的浆体状混凝土矿物掺合料(浆状掺合料)。采用自制搅拌磨对掺合料水固比(矿浆浓度)、球料比等湿磨实验参数进行研究,利用沉降方法和马歇尔筒实验分析了制备的浆状掺合料的分散稳定性及流变性能,并对用浆状掺合料配制混凝土进行了研究。结果表明,采用搅拌磨湿磨可制得分散性及流变性良好的浆状掺舍料;采用粉煤灰、矿渣浆状掺合料,可配制出强度等级为C15~C60、坍落度为(200±20)mm的混凝土;掺量(质量分数)为40%~60%的粉煤灰浆状掺合料混凝土28d强度可超过纯水泥混凝土。
In view of high grinding efficiency of stirring mill and the character of industrial waste residue containing some water, the author tried to process industrial waste residue by means of wet milling with stirring mill and manufacture one kind of mineral admixture slurry. This paper studied technology parameter of wet milling in stirring mill made by author. Dispersing character and rheology of mineral admixture slurry were also researched with sedimentation method and marshal cone experiment respectively. In addition, manufacture technology of concrete in different strength grades and concrete with large dosage of mineral admixture slurry were studied. Results show that the technique of wet milling with stirring mill could produce mineral admixture slurry with good dispersing character and rheology. Concrete in strength grade of C15 - C60 with slump value of (200±20) mm can be produced with fly ash or slag slurry. Moreover, at the age of 28 days, the strength of concrete with 40 % - 60 % fly ash slurry by weight is already larger than that of pure cement concrete while W/C ratio was 0.35.
