摘要 应用动力有限元ANSYS/LS-DYNA程序,建立岩体二维弹塑性模型,对不考虑损伤和考虑损伤的光面爆破过程进行了数值模拟,并比较2种模型最大有效应力随距离的变化关系。结果表明:在孔壁压力、孔径和抵抗线不变的条件下,考虑损伤影响时可适当加大光面爆破的炮孔间距;在孔壁压力、孔径和孔距不变的条件下,可适当加大光面爆破的抵抗线。通过现场爆破试验,考虑爆破损伤效应模型得到了较好的验证。 The 2D dimension elastic-plastic model of rock mass was adopted and the smooth blasting process with and without damage were simulated with the dynamic finite program ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The relation between the maximurn effective stresses and distance in the two kinds of models was compared when considering the damage effect. The results show that the interval of holes could he widen under the same condition of explosion pressure, aperture and burden, and the burden could he widen under the same explosion pressure aperture and interval. The model considering damage was proved by in-site blasting experiment well.
