摘要
介绍了产品4D信息模型的构造和特点,并以此为基础,研究了设计资源层次化时序建模方法。研究了设计资源重用的原理、方法和具体实施步骤,以相似度的计算为基本方法阐述了设计资源过滤基本算法。最后结合实验室开发的产品“电磁缓冲制动器”研究了该方法在产品设计过程中的初步应用。
The structure and characteristics of 4-dimension information model was introduced, the method of design resource modeling was studied. Based on them, the theory and method of design reusing was studied. The filter using similarity factor computing as basic method was introduced. The preliminary application of this method in product design process was studied, combined with the eddy current retarder.
