摘要
用高温熔融法制备了成分为:Lu2O3,SiO2,B2O3和Na2O的新型硼硅酸盐玻璃,利用Judd-O felt理论计算了该玻璃样品的J-O参数(Ω2,Ω4,Ω6)和Er3+各相关能级的理论振子强度、实验振子强度和自发辐射速率等发光参数,并对其发光特性进行了研究.
In this paper, novel Er^3+ -doped SiO2 -B2O3 -Gd2O3 -Na2O glasses were prepared by the technique of high - temperature melting. The J - O parameters Ωt2,4,6), radiative transition probabilities, calculated and experimental oscillator strengths were calculated by using the theory of Judd -Ofelt. In addition, the luminescence property has been investigated.
