根据JJG694-1990《原子吸收分光光度计》计量检定规程对火焰原子吸收法测铜的检出限的测量不确定度进行了评定,详细分析了不确定度的来源,并对标准溶液误差和测量结果重复性引入的不确定度分量和自由度进行了严格的分析.最终结果更为客观、准确.
The paper mainly discussed the assessing of the measuring uncertainty of detection limit of copper by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry by verification regulation for atomic absorption spectrophotometer, and detailedly analyzed the uncertainty source, the degrees of freedom and assessed uncertainty caused by error of standard solutions and repeatability of results of measurements. The results are objective and accurate.
