Production and maintenance of the regenerative Heating furnace in the No.3 steel rolling plant

针对蓄热式加热炉设计、生产和维护中存在的一系列问题,开展高温空气燃烧技术的应用与维护技术研究,并把研究成果应用于三轧厂加热炉生产与维护实践,解决了实际问题,而且取得了较大的经济效益,对解决国内蓄热式加热炉目前存在的问题也具有特别重要的意义和推广价值。

In allusion to a series of problems about design, production and maintenance in the regenerative heating furnace, application and maintenance of high temperature air combustion technology are researched, and research results are applied in producing and maintaining practice of heating furnace in the No. 3 steel rolling plant. Many problems are solved and great benefit is obtained. The experiences are significant for solving the problems existing in domestic regenerative heating furnaces.
