摘要
在5座高炉煤气布袋除尘工艺中,实现了PLC自动控制。采用SIMENS S7系列ET-200M系统,其中DI,DO采用Simatic S7-300的模板,高炉扩展模板之间用光缆联结,并实现了以3号高炉为核心的连锁控制,同时也实现了对系统的自动调节。
Automation control system of PLC has been applied in the blast gas- BDC of Anyang Iron ＆ Steel Co., Ltd.. The ET - 200m system in SIMENS S7 - 300 has been used, and S7- 300 template was adopted in DI and DO system, and light cable coupled the expanded models of blast furnaces, so the automation regulate for the whole system has been realized regarding 3 ^# blast furnace as the kernel.
