摘要
研究了用等离子束冶金法制备复合材料的方法,成功制备了低碳低合金钢与高合金钢的复合材料。该复合材料界面呈冶金结合,性能匹配良好,发挥了各自的使用性能与工艺性能优势。在采煤机截齿上应用该复合材料,简化了热处理工序,降低了生产成本,各项性能指标明显超过行业技术标准。
The composite of low-carbon and low-alloy steel and high-alloy steel, is manufactured successfully by the plasma metallurgy. The interface between coating and matrix of the composite is metallurgical bond, and their matching performances are excellent and each performance advantage is developed. The composite is used in cutting pickers of coal-winning machine, which simplify the heat- treatment process and reduce the production costs. The study shows that all its properties exceed the industry technical standards.
