CD40基因多态性与Graves病
摘要
CD40分子是一个重要的免疫细胞膜分子,属于共刺激分子。CD40/CD40 L在体液免疫、细胞免疫和细胞内信号转导方面具有极为重要的作用。该文综述了CD40的分子结构与功能、基因的多态性及与Graves病的关系。
