摘要 目的 建立以内标工作曲线法为定量方式的测定血液中乙醇含量的顶空气相色谱方法。方法 运用顶空进样器与气相色谱仪联用,代替顶空部分的手工操作,然后采用内标工作曲线法的定量方式分析血液中乙醇含量。结果 内标标准工作曲线一顶空气相色谱法分析血液中乙醇含量,乙醇的加标回收率在99.1%~106.7%,相对标准偏差在4%以内,最低检出浓度为0.74μg/ml,一元线性回归方程的相关系数r〉0.998。结论 该法分析血液中乙醇的准确度和精密度均能满足检测工作要求,适合于大批量血液中乙醇含量的测定。 [Objective] To develop a headspace gas chromatography (GC) method for detecting blood alcohol concentration (BAC) with internal standard working curve method (ISTD). [Methods] Headspaee sampler and gas chromatograph were used for detection; internal standard working curve method was applied to analyze the blood alcohol concentration. [Results] The labeled recovery rate of alcohol was between 99.1% and 106.7% ; relative standard deviation was below 4% ; the detection limit was 0.74 μg/ml; the correlated coefficient r was above 0.998. [Conclusion] This method is accurate and precise and is applicable for mass detection of blood alcohol concentration.
