摘要
目的调查深圳市宾馆等场所中央空调系统军团菌污染状况。方法按照《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》要求,随机采集28家宾馆中央空调冷却塔84份冷却水、25家办公楼空调22份冷冻水和21家大厦空调新风口16份棉拭子样本,用传统细菌分离培养法分离鉴定,用PCR法加以验证。结果22份冷冻水,16份新风口拭子中未检出军团菌;84份冷却水标本中检出1株嗜肺军团菌Lp 1型,阳性率为3.57%。结论深圳市中央空调系统中存在着嗜肺军团菌,空调冷却塔有不同程度的淤泥形成和藻类物生成,建议有关部门加强对空调系统的清洗、保洁工作,以清除军团菌适宜的生存环境。
To investigate the status of Legionella contamination in the central air conditioning system of Shenzhen hotels. [Methodss] According to the "Sanitation Criteria for Central Conditioners in public buildings", 84 samples of cooling water, 22 samples of the freezing water and 16 samples of swabs from new draughts were randomly collected, isolated and cultured with traditional method; PCR method was used to confirm the difference. [Results] No Legionella was found in the 22 samples of the freezing water and 16 samples of swabs from new draughts; 1 strain was found in the 84 samples of cooling water; the positive rate was 3.57%. [ Conclusion] Legionella do exist in the central air conditioners of Shenzben; cleaning work should be improved in order to eliminate the environment for the survival of Legionella.
