My Opinions on the Reference Consultation Service of University Library

分析了网络环境下参考咨询服务的新特点,阐述了参考咨询服务的类型与形式,从加强自身建设、注重人员培养、积极开发用户、开展导航服务和制作特色数据库等方面提出了加强参考咨询服务的措施。

This paper analyzes on the new features of the reference consultation service under the network environment, expounds the types and forms of the reference consultation service, and from aspects of strengthening the selfconstruction, laying stress on the personnel cultivation, developing actively the users, providing the navigation service, and making the characteristic database, etc,, puts forward some measures for strengthening the reference consultation service.
