On the Cultivation of University Liberian's Health Psychological Quality

作为素质教育核心的心理素质已深受各方面的重视。从主客观两方面分析了图书馆员产生心理问题的原因,阐述了心理健康与人生观的关系,提出了馆员心理素质自我培养的要点。

The psychological quality, which is the core of the quality education, is taken into the deep consideration of each part of the society. From the objective and subjective aspects, this paper probes into the causes of the psychological problems of the librarians, expounds the relationship between the psychological health and the outlook on life, and puts forward some points of the self-cultivation of librarians＇ psychological quality.
