This paper reviews the historical evolution of Shanghai Science Institute, introduces its research direction from some Journals of the Japanese edition and English edition published by Shanghai Science Institute, reveals the aggressive ambitions of Japanese imperialism of invading and occupying Chinese territory and robbing Chinese natural resources, and puts forward some suggestions on developing, utilizing and protecting these materials.
