在分析自主创新内涵的基础上,对国内外高新区自主创新研究现状进行了综述,指出推进技术进步和增强自主创新能力,是我国高新区的一项重要工作,提高自主知识产权创造能力是高新区增强核心竞争力、实现长远发展的一项战略性任务。

Based on analyzing the connotation of the independent innovation, tins paper makes overview oi me present situation of the researches on the independent innovation of domestic and foreign high-tech industry development zones, and points out that promoting the technical progress and strengthening the independent innovation ability are the important works of our country＇s high-tech industry development zones, and increasing the independent intellectual property creation ability is a strategic task of strengthening the core competitive power and realizing the long-term development of the high-tech industry development zone.
