论食品安全与高校标准信息检索教育

On the Food Safety and the Standard Information Searching Education in University

针对当前食品安全存在的问题,从高校食品专业人才教育的培养目标出发,论述了加强高校食品专业本科生标准信息检索教育的重要性,并提出了网络环境下快速检索标准信息的途径。

In the light of the problems existing in the current food safety, and starting from the cultivating target of the talent education of university＇s food speciality, this paper discusses on the importance of strengnthening the standard information searching education for the students of university＇ s food speciality, and puts forward some paths for the rapid searching of the standard information under the network environment.
