This paper analyzes on the problems existing in and the latent capacity of the energy conservation of the air conditioning system of the public buildings, puts forward some measures for increasing the utilization ratio of the air conditioning system of the public buildings, and further expounds the necessity of the energy conservation design for the public buildings.
