中小型水利工程施工安全管理初探

Probe into the Safety Management in Construction of the Small and Medium-sized Hydraulic Engineering

阐述了安全生产的重要性,针对中小型水利工程施工安全管理现状及存在的问题,提出了健全安全组织机构与规章制度、做好安全教育与培训、注意危险源的识别与控制、建立安全生产的检查与奖罚制度等避免和减少事故发生的措施。

This paper expounds the importance of the safety in production, and in the light of the present situation of and the existing problems in the construction of the small and medium-sized hydraulic engineering, puts forward some measures for avoiding and reducing the occurrence of the accidents such as perfecting the safety organizational institution and regulation/system, doing well safety education and training, pay attention to the recognition and control of the hazard sources, establishing the checking system and rewards/penalties system, etc.
