The PCCP Has been used currently in domestic large-scale water-transmission engineering more and more widely, which requires the project monitoring engineers adopting effective measures for guaranteeing the pipeline quality in the production, transportation and erection of the PCCP and further guaranteeing the safe operation of the water transmission. In the light of the practice of Shanxi＇s YRDP （Yellow River Diversion Project） and Xinjiang＇s Jiwu Project, this paper discusses on the key points needing attention in the production, transportation and erection of the PCCP.
