摘要
目的了解深圳市男男性接触者(MSM)艾滋病相关知识、态度及危险行为状况,为制定预防控制措施提供依据。方法采用统一的调查表进行问卷调查。结果调查对象平均年龄25.9岁,来自全国各地,未婚居多。艾滋病知识缺乏,安全套使用率低。普遍存在性滥交,有偿性服务比较普遍。58.3%调查对象认为MSM应该享有同等社会地位,心理压抑普遍存在。结论艾滋病极有可能在此人群中流行,应尽快采取措施加强预防,要对MSM人群给予更多关爱。
Objectives To learn KAP related to HIV/AIDS and high risk behaviors that can cause HIV epidemic among MSM in Shenzhen, so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and control policy against it. Methods Cross-sectional survey was conduct and standardized questionnaire was used on individual case and analyzed. Results Most of MSM were young with the average age 25.9. Only 31.5 per cent of the participants insist using condoms with their sex partners every time. The average age of the first sex was 19.2, prostitute sex behavior and psychological problem was ordinary in the population. Most of them keep opinion that MSM should have equal social status. Conclusion Poor knowledge and high-risk of sexual behaviors among them would lead potential HIV epidemic in the population. It was imperative to carry out interventions and pay more attention and cares to the population.
