Extraction of Total Triterpenoids from the Rhizoma of Alisma orientalis(Sam.) Juzep by Supercritical Carbon Dioxide

摘要 目的探讨超临界CO2萃取泽泻中三萜类总组分的优化条件。方法采用单因素实验法,考察夹带剂用量、萃取温度、萃取时间和萃取压力4个因素对萃取率的影响。结果超临界CO2萃取的优化萃取条件是:夹带剂用量每克泽泻为1.5 m l,温度45℃,时间30 m in和压力25 MPa。结论该方法简便,选择性高,可为产品开发提供参考。 Objective To investigate the optimum extraction of total triterpenoids from the rhizoma of Alisma orientalis(Sam. ) Juzep by Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Extraction. Methods The method of single factor test was applied in the analysis of extraction parameters such as modifier dosage, extraction pressure, extraction temperature and extraction time. Results The optimal ex- traction conditions showed that the modifier dosage used for 1.5ml per gram rhizoma powder, the extraction pressure was at 25MPa, the extraction temperature was at 45 ℃, and the extraction time lasted 30rain. Conclusion The method is simple, specifically selective and can be introduced to the development of product.
