摘要
目的观察香砂六君颗粒对大鼠胃肠运动的影响。方法用盐酸乙醇灌胃和过度疲劳及饥饱失常方法复制大鼠慢性胃炎模型,测定胃排空及小肠推进比并用放射免疫法测定大鼠血浆胃动素(motilin,MTL)、生长抑素(som atostatin,SS)和血清胃泌素(gastrin,GAS)水平,并对胃组织作病理检查。结果胃残留率和小肠推进比明显降低;血浆胃动素和血清胃泌素含量显著增高;而血浆生长抑素的含量明显降低,与模型组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论香砂六君颗粒通过调节胃肠激素的含量可明显促进胃排空,适当减慢小肠的蠕动。
Objective To investigate the effect of XiangSha LiuJun Granule （XSG）on gastrointestinal peristalsis of experimental chronic gastritis. Methods A model of chronic gastritis by injecting hydrochloric -alcohol into gaster,and exausting rat by swimming for a long time and irregular feeding food. Radiation and immunity to determine MTL,GAS and SS in plasma and serum. The gastric emptying and the ratio of small intestine advance was observed at the same time, with the general conditions observed and gastric pathology examined. Results Compared with the model group, the percentage of gastric residual dropped, and SS increased and MTL and GAS dropped evidently（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion XiangSha LiuJun Granule can promote the gastric emptying and slower the peristalsis of small intestine by means of modulating gastrointestinal hormone.
