反相高效液相色谱法测定合欢不同部位中槲皮苷的含量

Determination of Quercitrin in Albizzia julibrissin Durazz by RP-HPLC

目的建立合欢不同部位中槲皮苷的含量测定方法。方法样品用甲醇超声提取40min，提取物用流动相溶解。Diamonsil C18柱（4．6mm×250mm），甲醇-水-冰醋酸（45：55：1．5）为流动相，检测波长为256nm。结果槲皮苷在2．545—20．36μg／ml浓度范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均加样回收率为98．09％，RSD为O．5％。结论此方法简便可靠，可为合欢花药材的质量控制提供借鉴。

Objective To establish a quantitative method for determination of quercitrin in Albizzia julibrissin Durazz. Methods Sample was extracted with methanol, the residue was dissolved with mobile. C,swas used as analytic column with methanolwater-acetic acid （45： 55： 1.5 ） as mobile and detection wavelength was set at 256 nm. Results The peak of quercitrin in sample solution was separated well and linearity in range of 2. 545 - 20.36 μg/ml （ r = 0.999 9 ）. The average recovery was 98.09% , RSD was 0.5%. Conclusion This method was proved to be simple, quick, sensitive and accurate, and can be used for quality control of Albizzia julibrissin Durazz.
