摘要
目的探讨当归注射液对宫内缺氧胚胎大鼠大脑皮质神经元是否有保护作用。方法将孕15 d的孕鼠随机分为对照组、缺氧组和当归组,缺氧组和当归组孕鼠采用低张性缺氧模型致鼠胚宫内缺氧,各组鼠胚大脑组织经c-Fos和一氧化氮合酶(n itric oxide synthase,NOS)免疫组织化学双标染色后,进行观察分析。结果缺氧组大脑皮质NOS阳性细胞和c-Fos/NOS双染阳性细胞均比对照组明显增多(P<0.05);与缺氧组相比,当归组NOS阳性细胞和c-Fos/NOS双染阳性细胞均减少(P<0.05)。结论当归注射液可能对缺氧鼠胚大脑神经元有保护作用。
Objective To study whether Angelica sinensis injection has the protective effect on neurons of cerebral cortex from rat embryos following hypoxia in uterus. Methods 15d-conceiving female Wistar rats were divided randomly into three groups :the control group(CG) ,the hypoxia group(HG) and the Angelica group(AG). The Rat~ embryos of HG and AG were in hypotonic hypoxia in uterus. The expression of c-Fos and nitric oxide synthase(NOS) in cerebral tissue of rats embryos was studied with immunohistochemistry double staining and the results were observed and analyzed under light microscope, Results The positive NOS cells and c-Fos/NSE cells in HG were more than that of CG(P 〈0.05) respectively;and in AG, they were less than that of HG (P 〈 0.05 ) respectively. Conclusion Angelica slnenis injection can play a protective role on cerebral neurons of rat's embryos in hypoxia.
