益心酮胶囊大鼠的长期毒性研究

The Long-term Toxicity Study of Yixintong Capsules on Rats

目的观察连续给予益心酮胶囊对大鼠产生的毒性反应及严重程度。方法250,500,1 000 mg/kg益心酮胶囊连续灌胃给药3个月,停药后继续观察2周,测试大鼠体重、血液学,血液生化学、脏器系数及病理组织学变化。结果益心酮胶囊3个剂量组与对照组比较无明显的毒性。结论益心酮胶囊在上述剂量下连续服用3个月是安全的。

Objective To study the long - term toxicity of Yixintong capsules on rats to provide some data for its clinical use. Methods 80 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, each group were given Yixintong capsules intragastrically in dose of 0, 250,500,1 000mg/kg for 3 months. Half of the animals were killed immediately after last dose , and another half of rats were observed for 2 weeks after medicine withdraw. Parameters examined included general condition, body weight , food intake, blood cell, blood biochemistry,organ index, and histopathological exmination. Results The AST significantly decreased in high dose group after medicine withdraw ,hut it could recover 2 weeks later. Other parameters showed no changes compared with control. Conclusion Yixintong Capsules should be safe in its clinical use with the recommended dosage.
