痔痛安熏洗剂的毒理学研究

Study on Toxicology of Zhitongan Xunxiji

目的考察痔痛安熏洗剂局部应用的安全性。方法分别采用常规方法进行家兔皮肤刺激性实验,直肠刺激性实验以及豚鼠皮肤过敏实验。结果痔痛安熏洗剂对家兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤以及直肠黏膜无刺激作用;对豚鼠皮肤未见过敏反应。结论痔痛安熏洗剂是一个较为安全的药物。

Objective To observe the safety of Zhitongan Xunxiji after external use. Methods Studies on the irritation reactions of the intact skin and the broken skin and the local irritation of the rectum on rabbits, and tests on the allergic reaction of guinea pigs by regular methods. Results Zhitongan Xunxiji didnt cause any irritation reaction on rabbits. There was no change in rectal mucous membrane of rabbits. Allergic reactions didnt appear in guinea pigs. Conclusion Zhitongan Xunxiji is a safe drug.
