高效液相色谱法测定绿梅止泻颗粒中芦丁的含量

Determination of Rutin in Lumei Zhixie Granules by HPLC

目的建立用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定绿梅止泻颗粒中芦丁含量的方法。方法采用Dalian Elite Hypersil ODS2（200inlnx4．6mm，5μm）柱，以甲醇．水．乙腈．冰醋酸（25：62：10：3）为流动相；流速：1．0ml·min^-1；检测波长为212nmo柱温：30℃。结果芦丁在0．1639。0．9835峭范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9998，n=6），平均回收率为99．5％．RSD为1．46％。结论该方法结果准确、重现性好，可用于测定绿梅止泻颗粒中芦丁的含量测定。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of rutin in Lumei Zhixie Granules. Methods Dalian Elite Hypersil ODS2 （200 mm ×4.6 mm,51μm）column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water- acetonltrile-acetic acid （25： 62： 10： 3）, the flow rate was：1.0 ml · min^-1 ;The detection wavelength was set at 212 nm ;and the column temperature was 30℃. Results The libration curve was linear in the range from 0. 163 9 μg to 0.983 5 μg （r = 0.999 8, n = 6）, the average recovery was 99.5% with RSD was 1.46%. Conclusion The result is accurate and the reproducibility is good. This method can be used for the determination of Rutin in Lumei Zhixie Granules.
