反相高效液相色谱法测定辐宁胶囊中齐墩果酸含量

Determination of Oleanolic Acid in Funing Capsule by RPHPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定辐宁胶囊中齐墩果酸的含量。方法采用C18色谱柱，以100％甲醇作为流动相，流速为1．0ml·min^-1；柱温为25℃；检测波长为220nm；选样量5μl；外标法计算含量。结果齐墩果酸在0．1—10雌范围内峰面积与进样量呈良好线性关系，其平均回收率为98．9％。结论方法简便，准确，重现性好，可用于辐宁胶囊生产过程中的质量控制，

Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining oleanolic acid in Funing Capsule. Methods The content of oleanolic acid in Funing Capsule was determined by RP-HPLC with Shimadzu C18 column at room temperature. The mobile phase was 100% methanol with a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min^-1 and the injection volume was 5μl. The external standard was used and the wavelength of the detector was set at 220 nm. Results The calibration curves were linear within the range of 0.1 - 10μg , the average recovery was 98.9%. Conclusion This method is simple, stable and accurate.
