高效液相色谱法同时测定杏香兔耳风中3种活性成分的含量 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立同时测定杏香兔耳风中原儿茶酸、原儿茶醛和绿原酸含量的方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法.以ALLtech C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-1%冰醋酸水溶液(7:93)为流动相,检测波长280nm。流速:1.5ml·min^-1,柱温40℃。结果原儿茶酸、原儿茶醛和绿原酸的线性范围分别为0.02211—0.4422μg(r=0.9998),0.01501~0.2102μg(r=0.9999),0.09832—1.9664μg(r=0.9999);回收率分别为98.39%(RSD=1.90%),97.89%(gSO=2.11%),98.27%(RSD=2.22%)。结论该法简便、准确、重现性好,适用于杏香兔耳风中3种成分的同时测定。 Objective An HPLC method was established to determine the contents of Ainsliaea flag'ram Champ, 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid ,3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde and chlorogenic acid in Ainsliaeafiagrans Champ. Methods The samples were separated on a ALLtech C is column(4. 6 mm × 250 mm ,5 μm)with the mobile phase of methanol-1% acetic acid( 7:93 ). The flow rate was 1.5 ml · min^-1 , the column temperature was 40℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. Results The linear ranges of 3, 4-dihydroxybenzoic acid ,3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde and chlorogenic acid were 0. 022 11 - 0. 442 2 μg ( r = 0. 999 9) ,0. 015 01 - 0. 210 2 μg (r = 0. 999 9) ,0. 098 32 - 1. 966 4 μg (r = 0. 999 9) respectively. The average recovery rate were 98.39% ( RSD = 1.90% ) ,97.89% (RSD = 2. 11% ) ,98.27% (RSD = 2.22% ) respectively. Conclusion The method is simple and quick with good reproducibility, it is suitable for the determination of the contents of 3 active components.
