摘要
目的优选绣花针中多糖的提取工艺。方法用均匀设计方法设计水提取工艺,以提取物中多糖含量为测定指标,考察提取温度,提取时间,料液比3个因素对有效成分多糖提取的影响。结果最佳工艺为提取温度90℃,提取时间2 h,料液比1:50(g/m l),绣花针多糖的提取率为14.59%。结论提取温度、提取时间及料液比对绣花针多糖的提取率有影响。
Objective To study the extxtraction process of polysaccharide from Damnanthus indicus Gaertn. f. Methods The optimal extraction process was selected with uniform design and statistical analysis system(SAS). The content of polysaccharide in the extract was determined. Results The optimal extraction process was extraction temperature 900C with 2 hours and with 1:50 ( g/ mL) of Damnanthus indicus Gaertn. f. weight to distilled water. The optimum extraction rates of pelysaccharide from Damnanthus indicus Gaertn. f. were 14.59%. Conclusion The extration rates of plysaccharide from Damnanthus indicus Gaertn. f. were influenced by temperature of extraction, the time of extraction and the solid ratio.
