摘要
目的研究影响金银花露质量稳定性的因素。方法采用正交实验法研究防腐剂及其用量、溶液的pH、抗氧化剂等对其质量稳定性的影响。结果金银花露质量稳定性最合适的条件是pH为3.8、防腐剂苯甲酸为0.05%、抗氧化剂NaH-SO3为0.1%,影响最大的因素是NaHSO3。结论此方法可用于提高金银花露质量稳定性。
Objective To study the quality stability of distilled liquid of Honeysuckle. Methods The stability of distilled liquid of Honeysuckle was study by Orthogonal Test in 3 factors : the preservative, the solution pH and antioxidant NaHSO3. Results The optimum preparation conditions for the stability of distilled liquid of Honeysuckle were established as :pH3.8, C6H5COOH 0.05% , among which NaHSO3 0. 1% , NaHSO3 is the most significant influencing factor. Conclusion The method can be used for improving stability of distilled liquid of Honeysuckle.
