金黄解毒膏质量标准的研究

Studies the Methods of Quality Contral of Jinghungjiedu Ointments

目的建立金黄解毒膏的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中大黄、黄柏进行定性鉴别；采用反相高效液相色谱（RP—HPLC）法测定盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果薄层色谱（TLC）色谱中均能明显检出大黄、黄柏。RP—HPLC测定的线性范围为0．041-0．41μg，相关系数为r=O．9998；软膏中盐酸小檗碱的平均回收率为98．93％，RSD=1．92％，n=6，精密度良好（RSD=0．51％）。结论方法简便、准确、重复性好，可作为金黄解毒膏质量控制的方法。

Objective To set up the quality standards for Jinhuangjiedu Ointments. Methods Radix et Rhixma Rhei,Cortex phellodendri chinenisis were identified by TLC method. The contents of berberlne hydrochloric in Jinhuangjiedu ointments in were determined by RP -HPLC. Results Radix et Rhixoma Rhei and Cortex Phellodendri.Chinenisis in Jinhuangjiedu ointments euld be detected obviously by TLC. The linear calibration curves were obtained over the range of 0.041 - 0.41 μg（ r = 0.999 8 ）. The aver- age recovery of berberine hydrochloric was 98.93% （ RSD = 1.92% , n = 6 ） in the ointments . The method was precise （ RSD = 0.51% ）. Conclusion TLC is a simple method. RP - tlPLC is acurate and reliabe method. The quality standard can be used for quality control of this product.
