胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病42例临床分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨胰岛素治疗对改善2型糖尿病患者胰岛B细胞功能和血糖控制的影响。方法采用自身前后对照,观察42例2型糖尿病患者接受3个月胰岛素治疗前后血糖、胰岛素及C肽释放水平,并随访胰岛素治疗后对长期血糖控制的影响。结果胰岛素治疗3个月后,患者血糖均明显下降(P<0.05),餐后1 h、2 h胰岛素及C肽水平明显增加(P<0.05),胰岛素峰值呈显著正相关(r=0.546,P<0.05)。平均随访3个月,有24例患者停用胰岛素,继续口服降糖药物血糖控制理想。结论胰岛素治疗能在一定程度上恢复胰岛B细胞的功能,推迟糖尿病自然病程的进展。 Objective To explore positive effects of insulin on B cell function and blood sugar control in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Forty- two patients received 3 months administration of insulin, the levels of blood glucose, insulin and C peptide release pre- and posttreatment were observed. Effect of insulin on long - term control of blood glucose was followed - up. Results Blood glucose was obviously decreased after the treatment with insulin 3 months later" (P 〈 0.05). Postprandial level of insulin and C peptide 1 h and 2 h was obviously increased (P 〈0.05), and the peak value in pre- and post treatment showed obvious positive correlation (r = 0. 546, P〈 0.05). In mean follow- up period of 3 months,24 patients terminated administration of insulin and the control of blood glucose was ideal performed with continuous oral administration of insulin. Conclusion Insulin in part recovers B cell function of pancreatic islet and delays progression of natural course of disease of diabetes mellitus.
