摘要 目的探讨S100蛋白与体外循环脑损伤的关系。方法采用文献综述的方法对S100蛋白与体外循环脑损伤关系进行叙述。结果S100蛋白在体外循环脑损伤中明显升高。结论S100蛋白可作为体外循环术后评价脑损伤的早期指标,可反映脑损伤的程度。 Objective To explore the relationship between S100 protein and brain induced by extracorporeal circulation Methods Related articles were summarized and analyzed to elucidate relation of S100 protein and brain injury induced by extracorporeal circulation. Results S100 protein increased obviously in brain injury induced by extracorporeal circulation. Conclusion S100 protein can serve as early indicator for post - operative evaluation of brain injury after extracorporeal circulation, which can reflect degree of brain injury.
