紫菀水提取物体内抗肿瘤作用

Anti-tumor effect of the Aster water extract in vivo

目的研究紫菀水提取物的体内抗肿瘤作用。方法制作荷瘤S180小鼠和荷HePA小鼠模型,用3种浓度紫菀水提取物,进行小鼠体内抗肿瘤试验。结果紫菀水提取物2.50 g.kg-1.d-1和5.00g.kg-1.d-1组瘤重明显低于阴性对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),抑瘤率分别是18.94%、57.71%,有量效依存关系;提取物对荷HepA肿瘤小鼠抑制作用不明显(P>0.05)。结论紫菀水提取物的抗肿瘤活性有选择性,对荷S180小鼠肿瘤增殖有较好的抑制的作用。

Objective To discover anti - tumor function of Aster water extract in vivo. Methods Dutch S180 and HepA mouse models were established,and anti - tumor effects in mouse in vivo was performed with three kinds of concentration of Aster water extract. Results The Aster water extract with 2.50 g·kg ^-1·d^-1 and 5.00 g· kg ^- 1·d^- 1 were remarkable inhibition of development of tumor in the Dutch S180 mouse, compared with the negative group（P 〈 0.05 and P〈 0.01）, respectively. And the inhibitory tumor rate was 18.94 % and 57.71% which was demonstrated the dose - effect relationship. Unobvious inhibitory function of Aster water extract was for Dutch HepA tumor mouse （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Antineoplasmic activity of Aster water extract shows selectivity, and Aster water extract exists a better inhibitive effect on development of the Dutch S180 mouse＇s tumor.
