摘要
目的了解社区群众预防艾滋病知识、相关态度,并对健康教育效果进行评估。以确定今后社区群众艾滋病健康教育的重点及策略。方法分别于健康教育前后对社区群众进行自填问卷调查。采用讲座、发放宣传资料等形式进行健康教育、分析评估。结果健康教育前群众对艾滋病一般知识、三大传播途径掌握较好,对艾滋病人宽容度较低,健康教育后有所提高但差异无显著性。结论对社区群众进行艾滋病健康教育总体上是有效的,今后要加强对艾滋病人关怀和支持教育。
Objective：Inorder to understand knowledge level, attitude and behavior inlination about people living with HIV and AIDS in community. To valuate the effect of the health education. Methods：Investigate the community by self-filling in questionnaire respectively before and after the intervention. Analyze and evaluate the data. Results：After the intervention,the target group got much more knowledge about AIDS and change their attitude to AIDS and the carriers of HIV. Conclusion： Health education intervention on AIDS in community is effective, the effect of improving their attitude is not so good as we have hope. It is essential to emphasize the educationintervention on attitude to AIDS and the carriers of HIV.
