Synthesis of the PET used in flame retardant hair fiber

通过多元共聚及共混手段合成了阻燃仿真发丝的专用聚酯切片。对产品进行限氧指数的测定,探索出阻燃剂含量与限氧指数之间的关系,并由差热分析(DSC)及电子扫描电镜(SEM)对产品进行观察,产品具有发丝的特性。

The PET chip special used for the flame retardant hair fiber was synthesized through multivariate copolymerization and blending methods. The relation between the flame retardant and LOI （ limited oxygen indexes） was analysed through the LOI determination on the product. By the differential scanning calorimetry （ DSC ） and scanning electron microscopy （SEM） observation, the product had hair characteristics.
