采用正交函数分光光度法测定甲硝唑霜的含量，可消除其中尼泊金乙酯及基质的干扰，直接测定甲硝唑的含量，平均回收率为１００．１０％（ｎ＝５），相对标准偏差（ＲＳＤ）为０．２３％。
