通心络胶囊对冠心病患者血管内皮功能及血脂的影响 被引量:2

The effect of TongXinLuo capsule on vascular endothelium function and blood lipid in patients with coronary heart disease

摘要 目的观察通心络胶囊治疗冠状动脉性心脏病(CHD)的临床效果。方法将96例CHD患者分为治疗组50例和对照组46例,治疗组予口服通心络胶囊,每次3粒,每日3次;对照组予口服复方丹参片,每次3片,每日3次,两组均连服3个月为1个疗程。治疗1个疗程后对比分析两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率(94.00%)明显高于对照组(71.74%),χ2=8.55,P<0.01。治疗组治疗后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)等血脂指标下降,一氧化氮(NO)上升,血浆内皮素(ET)降低,P<0.01或0.05。结论通心络胶囊治疗CHD效果显著,具有调脂和(或)降脂及改善血管内皮功能的作用。 Objective To outline the clinical efficacy of TongXinLuo capsule in treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD). Metnods we patients with CHD were allocated to a tnerapeutic group (n =50) and a control group ( n =46), patients in the therapeutic group were given oral TonXinLuo capsule, 3 capsules each time, 3 times every day; patients in the control group received oral Danshen compound tablet, 3 tablets each time, 3 times everyday, 3 months for one cycle in both groups. One cycle after the treatment, the therapeutic efficacy was comparatively analyzed between these two groups. Results The therapeutic group with 94.00% for total efficiency rate, which was higher than the control group with 71.74% for total efficiency rate, X^2=8.55, P 〈0.01. After treatment in the therapeutic group, the levels of TC, TG, et al. decreased significantly, NO elevated, ET decreased, P 〈0.01 or 0. 05. Conclusion TongXinLuo capsule is effective in treatment of CHD, it can bilaterally regulate blood lipid and improve the vascular endothelium function.
