利巴韦林对兔体内氨茶碱药物动力学的影响

The effect of ribavirin to the pharmacokinetics of aminophyllin in rabbits

本文用紫外分光光度法测定了单用氨茶碱及合用利巴韦林后兔血清的茶碱浓度，结果表明：合用利巴韦林较单用氨茶碱Ｋ值增大，Ｔ１／２减小，ＣＬ增加，但经统计学处理无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），说明利巴韦林对兔体内氨茶碱的药物动力学无显著影响。

abbit serum drug concentration of aminophyllin was determined by ultraviolet spectrometry.The results showed that K and CL ware increased and t 1/2 was decreased without significant difference ( P > 0.05 ).Ribvirin did not affect the pharmacokinetics of aminophyllin in rabbits.
