建筑方案设计阶段的造价控制探讨

Study on Cost Control in the Architectural Scheme Design Phase

方案设计阶段的造价控制是项目全过程造价控制的基础和前提,在项目造价控制中起着至关重要的作用。但由于各方面原因,这项工作目前未引起各方面足够重视,方案设计阶段的造价控制功能被严重抑制。针对这些问题和原因,笔者从完善设计市场有关制度机制、加强设计阶段造价控制基础工作等方面提出一些措施和建议。

Cost control in the scheme design phase serves as the premise of cost control of the whole project, therefore its importance cannot be neglected. However, due to various reasons, the importance of this work has not aroused enough attention so that its function has been greatly limited. Aiming at the problem and its causes, the author tries to make some suggestions such as perfecting relevant structure and system of the design market and strengthening the base work of cost control in the design phase.
