本文报道双波长分光光度法测定蜂蜜普鲁卡因合剂中盐酸普鲁卡因的含量，取得满意的结果。盐酸普鲁卡因在３～１５μｇ／ｍｌ浓度范围内线性关系良好（ｒ＝１．００００），测定结果平均回收率９９．８８％（ｎ＝５），相对标准偏差０．２４％。
