摘要
介绍一种可复性慢性不全梗阻性肾积水动物模型的建立方法:将成年纯种雄性大白兔在氯胺酮麻醉下,暴露并分离输尿管,将长1cm、内径0.8mm的塑料导管轻轻套在输尿管上,4周后解除梗阻,分别观测积水肾肾盂形态学指标和病理学变化。结果证明此动物模型符合慢性不全梗阻性肾积水的要求,且具有可复性。认为本方法简单、易行,较为可靠。
The establishment of an animal model of reversible chronic partial obstructive hydronephrosis was reported. The continuous ultrasonographic and pathological investigation demonstrated that the model fulfilled all the above requirements, especially the reversibility. It was believed that the method was rela tively simple,easy and reliable.
