摘要
当前许多设备中都采用小型发动机做动力,而小型发动机与设备匹配前,都要用测功机进行性能测试。论述了小型发动机测功机国内外现状,介绍了水力测功机、电涡流测功机、直流电力测功机、交流电力测功机原理与应用。随着电子技术的高度发展,水力测功机和直流电力测功机逐渐被淘汰,交流电力测功机代表其发展方向。小型发动机测功机发展趋势是精度高、操作简便、辅助设备少、使用寿命长和价格低,尤其是向高低速测试性能俱佳的方向发展。
At present, the small engines act as power in many types of equipment, but the performance of small engines must be tested by dynamometers before matching with equipments. The present status of small engine dynamometers is stated in this paper. The principle and application of hydraulic dynamometers, electric whirlpool-dynamometers, AC electric dynamometers and DC electric dynamometers are introduced. With rapid development of electronic technology, hydraulic dynamometer and DC electric dynamometer will be eliminated gradually and AC electric dynamometer represents its trend. The future trend of small engine dynamometer will toward high precision, easy-to-handle, few accessories, long lifespan and low price, especially good test performance with both high and low velocity.
