小剂量氨哮素对失神经支配肌萎缩的抑制作用

THE EFFECT OF SMALL DOSE OF CLENBUTEROL ON THE DENERVATED MUSCLE ATROPHY

为了探讨小剂量氨哮素对失神经肌萎缩的抑制作用。切断大鼠左侧坐骨神经，实验组给１０μｇ／ｋｇ的氨哮素口服，２周后测定心脏及两侧比目鱼肌的重量和检测比目鱼肌的总蛋白含量，ＡＴＰ酶组化染色图象分析测肌纤维截面积。结果显示实验组失神经支配侧比目鱼肌的肌重、总蛋白含量、肌纤维截面积均大于对照组，差别有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。心脏和正常比目鱼肌无显著变化。因此认为小剂量氨哮素可以在抑制失神经肌萎缩的同时不影响或很少影响正常肌肉和心脏。

PURPOSE It was designed to study the effect of small dose of clenbuterol on the denervated muscle atrophy.METHODS The left sciatic nerve of rats were cut and the experimental group was given the water contained 100μg/kg clenbuterol. Two weeks later the two side soleus muscle were incised and the total protein content and wet weight of the muscle were assaied. ATPase stain and immage analysis were used for the measurement of the cross-section area of fibers. RESULTS The wet weight, total protein content and cross-section area of the experimental group were obviously increased (P<0.05) and the normal soleus and heart were not changed.CONCLUSIONS The small dose of clenbuterol could inhibit the atrophy of the denervated muscle but hardly iuflunced the normal muscle and heart.
