三种活性宫内节育器比较分析

A CLINICAL COMPARATIVE STUDY OF THREE TYPES OF ACTIVE INTRAUTERINE DEVICES

通过对我院１９８９年５～１０月期间，按随机分配原则放置３种不同类型的宫内节育器（ＩＵＤ）共２９９例进行比较分析，其中ＴＣＵ２２０１００例，药铜１６５１００例，γ型ＩＵＤ９９例。结果示３种ＩＵＤ均达到理想的避孕效果，５ａ存放率分别为８７．９１％，８７．８８％和７８．４％。药铜１６５ＩＵＤ脱落率高于ＴＣＵ２２０、γ型ＩＵＤ，而γ型ＩＵＤ经期延长多于药铜１６５。提示３种不同类型ＩＵＤ各具优劣，作为更理想有效的ＩＵＤ尚需进一步探讨改进。

PURPOSE The aim of this study was to compare clinically three types of intrauterine devices (IUD),the study was performed from May to October, 1989, in Our hospital.METHODS The 299 women were included in our study,and all IUD were inserted randomly, 100 cases for TCU220, 100 for Medicine Releasing Device Cu165 (MRDCu165), 99forγ-IUD.RESULTS All three kinds of IUD have the ideal contraceptive efficacy and there were no significient differences in the five-year reservation rats amony TCU220 (87.9% ) . MRDCu165 (87.89% ) and γ-IUD (78.4%).All types of IUD have the indentical expulsion rates,but inγ-IUD,there are more cases of prolonged menstral bleeding then MRDCu165. CONCLUSIONS Three kinds of IUD have their own advantages and disadvantages. In order to find one kind of more ideal and effective IUD, we should research and improve them further.
