摘要
在室温条件下,研究了山药的埋藏保鲜方法。在试验中测定了失重率、维生素C含量、呼吸强度、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和腐烂率。试验结果表明,埋藏能有效地延缓山药的衰老,是一种理想的山药贮藏保鲜方式。
At room temperature, effects of soil burying storage treatment on Chinese yam were studied. The activity of Peroxidase (POD), respiration rate, ratio of weight loss, ratio of decomposition, contents of vitamin C & Malondialdehyde (MDA) was tested in the experiment. The results proved that soil burying storage which could postpone senescence effectively was an ideal method of storage and fresh-keeping of Chinese yam.
