广东水稻品种抗白叶枯病鉴定与评价

Evaluation of rice varieties resistance to bacterial blight in Guangdong

鉴定评价了广东水稻品种对白叶枯病的抗性。依656个品种对5个致病型的抗病谱,划分为6个抗性类型;品种间对广东优势致病菌系Ⅳ型菌和强毒菌系Ⅴ型菌表现高抗、抗、中抗、中感、感、高感等不同抗性水平;广东主栽品种均不抗Ⅴ型菌,对Ⅳ型菌的抗性常规稻比杂交稻好;品种抗性来源,主要来自携有Xa4、xa5和Xa7基因的品种。

Six hundred and fifty - six rice varieties in Guangdong were tested for evaluating their resistance to bacterial blight. The results indicated that the varieties were classified into six resistance types according to their disease reaction to 5 pathotypes. The varieties tested showed different resistance level against pathotype Ⅳ which is the predominant and Ⅴ virulent to many varieties in Guangdong, including high resistance, resistance, moderate resistance, moderate susceptible, susceptible, high susceptible. All major cultured varieties in Guangdong were susceptible to pathotype Ⅴ. The resistance of convention rice was better than hybrid rice. The results indicated that donors of resistance varieties may be mainly from varietites carrying Xa4, xa5 or Xa7 genes.
